Job Requirements

  • Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the sanitary ware, building materials, construction, or related industries.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Commercially driven with a proven track record in achieving sales targets and business growth.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, CRM systems, and general computer software.
  • Well-established network with developers, architects, interior designers, contractors, or related industry professionals will be an added advantage.
